How does it work? Well, The Divas like to keep things simple, slick, and cheap. This may be bad on a date, but it’s great for transcription services. Here’s the process, step by step:

  1. You call our office in Central London, or email our project manager Alan. Describe the length of the DVD, when you want it by, and the approximate time you are planning to courier or post it to us.
  2. Courier or post your DVD to our office in London. Please call our project manager Alan (ph: 0207-55-888-46) to arrange couriers or posting collection points before sending DVDs, CDs, tapes, etc.
  3. Once we receive the DVD, one of our Divas will send a confirmation email to you to tell you that we have received your DVD.
  4. The Divas will then get to work transcribing the DVD and will email you the finished transcription in Word doc format before the time you have told us you need it by.
  5. We’ll then send you an invoice via email, that includes our account info (if you want to set up an auto payment) and our Paypal details).
