Once one of our Divas types the audio and proofreads it themselves, the transcript and recording is passed to one of our dedicated and trained proofreaders who compares the finished transcript to the recording and makes any necessary changes. This process offers the highest quality and accuracy as two Divas assess the transcript independently for accuracy against the original recording.
This service is extremely desirable to clients requiring high accuracy documents such as lawyers, medical professionals, and some media professionals.
