We have all sorts of Divas working for us, but what they all have in common is a love for life, experience in transcription (for transcribers) or in proofreading (for quality controllers) and an excellent command of the English language.

If you would like to become a transcriber then all you need is a computer, broadband internet, a typing speed of at least 75 wpm and be a native English speaker.

If you want to be a quality controller, you will need great attention to detail, at least an undergraduate degree with an English major and be a native English speaker.
