What is Transcription?
Transcription Services usually take a video or audio recording and converts speech (sometimes adding descriptions of noises e.g. fog horn sounds three times) into type.
Transcripts can be constructed from a number of diffiernet formants
Audio transcrition – is the construction of a transcript from an audio recording.
Video transcritoin are transcripts orgnaiatling form vidoe or film sources.
We also get a bit more focused as well with some people referring to specific file formats such as MP3 transcription 0r WAV transcription.
Transcription is also often refereed to as audio typing or seen as part of a generic service provided by typing services.
