Are the recordings difficult to hear?

Poor quality recordings need more time to help create a better quality transcript, hence the higher rates. Some passages may remain undecipherable despite our best efforts. These moments will be timestamped to aid review.

Does the recording use technical/unusual language?

Yes

Technical or unusual terms and phrases can add to translation time. The project may require a rate review.
